Creating Your Account
Get started with Cashew — sign up, verify your email, and set up your organization.
Sign up
Go to the Cashew sign-in page and choose how to create your account:
- Google OAuth — Click "Sign in with Google" to use your existing Google account. No password needed.
- Email — Enter your email address and we'll send you a magic link to sign in.
Verify your email
If you signed up with email, check your inbox for the verification link. Click it to confirm your address and complete account creation. The link expires after a short period — if it does, request a new one from the sign-in page.
Set up your organization
After signing in, you'll be prompted to set your organization name. This appears on surveys and reports. You can change it later in Settings → Organization.
Invite team members
Once your account is ready, invite colleagues from Settings → Team. Enter their email addresses and choose their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer). They'll receive an invitation to join your organization.
Only Admins can invite new team members and manage billing. Editors can create and edit studies; Viewers can view results only.
