Find your way around the Cashew platform — key areas, navigation patterns, and where to find features.
Studies list (Home)
The main landing view shows all your studies. Filter by status (Draft, Live, Closed), search by name, and see quick stats (response count, completion rate). Click a study to open it. Use New Study to create one.
Study detail
Inside a study, tabs organize the workflow:
- Survey — Build and edit questions, set logic and branching, preview the survey.
- Targeting — Define who can take the survey: demographics, quotas, custom filters.
- Distribution — Launch the study, send invitations, configure reminders and close dates.
- Results — View responses, run analysis, export data.
Contacts
Manage your contact lists and panel sources. Import CSV files, sync with integrations, and segment audiences for targeting. Contacts used in studies appear here.
Settings
Access via the gear icon or your profile menu:
- Team — Invite members, manage roles, view activity.
- Billing — Plans, usage, invoices.
- Profile — Name, email, password, notification preferences.
- Organization — Company name, branding, default settings.
Use the search bar (or keyboard shortcut) to jump to a study, contact list, or settings page without clicking through menus.
